City To Auction More Than 8 Acres Of Vacant Land
Online Auction Closes Nov. 28, 2019
The public has the opportunity to bid on more than 8 acres of vacant land in six parcels that the city of Las Vegas is selling. Interested purchasers must post a $10,000 refundable deposit and register at https://www.publicsurplus.com/sms/lasvegas,nv/list/current. The auction concludes Nov. 28 for the parcels that are being sold online here.
The properties being auctioned are located at:
1150 W. Owens Ave. – APN# 139-21-803-006 – .41 acres of vacant land;
5663 Calverts St. – APN# 125-25-410-030 – .9 acres of vacant land;
5683 Calverts St. – APN# 125-25-410-031 – .9 acres of vacant land;
5774 W. Ann Road – APN# 125-25-410-029 – .67 acres of vacant land;
Vacant land located at Durango Drive and Grand Montecito Parkway – APN# 125-29-601-022 – 1.92 Acres of vacant land; and
Vacant land located west side of Oso Blanca Road and Skye Canyon Drive – APN# 125-07-701-007 – 3.28 acres of vacant land.
