Enjoy Games, Fun, Friends & Refreshments At Cimarron Rose Community Center
The city of Las Vegas invites area teens ages 13-18 to the fourth annual Xtreme Game Night Saturday, July 18, at Cimarron Rose Community Center, located at 5591 N. Cimarron Road. From 6 to 8:30 p.m., youth will enjoy laser tag, dodge ball, the foam pit, video games and hamster balls provided by Games2U Entertainment, as well as refreshments, music by a live DJ, and raffles. Admission and activities are free. Youth will be able to sign up for teen councils available throughout the city of Las Vegas.
“Xtreme Game Night offers Las Vegas teenagers the opportunity to have a fun night out for free,” said Ward 4 Councilman Stavros S. Anthony. “It will be a great time of playing games, making new friends and learning about teen councils and other fun programs the city of Las Vegas has to offer.”
Batteries Included Teen Councils represent a diverse group of youth throughout Las Vegas dedicated to bringing the voices of youth into the community and raising awareness about the remarkable achievements made by youth year-round. Teen councils are located at:

Cimarron Rose Community Center – 5591 N. Cimarron Road
Doolittle Community Center – 1950 N. J St.
East Las Vegas Community Center – 250 N. Eastern Ave.
Las Vegas Academy High School – 315 S. Seventh St.
Legacy High School – 150 W. Deer Springs Way
Mirabelli Community Center – 6200 Hargrove Ave.
Nevada Partners – 710 W. Lake Mead Blvd.

The Batteries Included youth initiative is a collaboration between the city of Las Vegas, Clark County School District, Nevada Partners, and the Center for Academic Enrichment and Outreach that represents a combined commitment to excellence and to achievement. The intent of the Batteries Included initiative is to ensure Las Vegas teens reach their greatest potential by providing after-school educational activities focused on leadership, community service, career planning, college preparation, health and safety.
