City of Las Vegas Summer Camp And Swim Lesson Registration Opens Online April 13
Walk-in Registration Begins April 15
The city of Las Vegas will open online registration for summer day camps at six city community centers Monday, April 13, at 9 a.m. Online registration for summer swimming lessons at all city of Las Vegas swimming pools also will open at 9 a.m. April 13. Walk-in registration for camps and swimming lessons at city recreation centers will begin Wednesday, April 15, at 9 a.m. Summer day camps will be held Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., beginning June 8 for ages 6-15 at most locations listed below. There will be no telephone registration for summer camps. Go online to http://www.lasvegasnevada.gov/summercamps for complete details. There will be no camp Friday, July 3. Financial assistance is available for qualified households; talk to the staff at the site you would like your child to attend for more information.

Junior Lifeguarding Camp at Pavilion Center Pool (ages 11-14)

Cost: $150/week/child. Note hours 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Start dates: June 15, July 6, July 20, Aug. 3 for one-week camps.
Adaptive Recreation Camp

Cost: $100/week/child.
Summer Swim Lessons
Costs: Group lesson $30/child, semi-private lesson $65/child, private lesson $125/child. Municipal Pool and Pavilion Center Pool are open year-round; the remaining city pools will open for the summer season Saturday, May 23.
