City Of Las Vegas Ward 2 Trunk Or Treat Car Show Registration Open
Residents Invited To Free Halloween Festival And Car Show Oct. 19
Car show enthusiasts are encouraged to register their entries for the Oct. 19 Ward 2 Trunk or Treat Car Show now. All makes, models and years are welcome in the car show. Early registration for the show is $30 and is due by Oct. 7. Those who register early will receive an event T-shirt, logo pin, dash plaque, raffle tickets and goody bag. See the online registration form for details. Car owners also may register a car for the car show Oct. 19 at the event for $30, paying by cash, credit card or check. There will be awards in several categories for those that decorate their cars in the Halloween theme.
Join Ward 2 Councilman Bob Beers for the Trunk or Treat Car Show and Free Halloween Festival Saturday, Oct. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Leisure Services Center, located at 101 N. Pavilion Center Drive. Have a fun day filled with music provided by DJ Brando, along with Halloween activities for the kids. Enjoy craft projects, a costume contest, games, face painting and jump houses. Admission is free and the event is open to the public. See the event flier.
“Bring the entire family out in costume for a day of Halloween fun,” said Councilman Beers, who sponsors the event. “The kids can trunk or treat at the car show and have a great time participating in all the activities.”
