Oaksterdam University will be at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas to host its popular Basic and Advanced Classic Seminars on June 12, 13, 14, and 15 from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm each day. Certification is available upon completion of the seminars and a Cannabis Job Fair will be held on June 14 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Early Bird Savings Available Thru May 31.

Oaksterdam University, the first cannabis college in America, will return to Las Vegas in June, this time to host its popular and highly demanded Basic and Advanced Classic Seminars on June 12, 13, 14, and 15 from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm each day. Certification is available upon completion of the seminars and a Cannabis Job Fair will be held on June 14 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Both the seminars and the Job Fair will be held at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas.

Participation in Oaksterdam University’s Horticulture Seminar in Las Vegas in March was sold out with entrepreneurs, dispensary owners, employees, suppliers and patients of all ages, experience and backgrounds from over 15 different states. Attendance at the Classic Seminars is expected to be full.
“As Nevada moves forward to bring legal medical cannabis to patients, people are looking for comprehensive training from dependable sources such as ours,” said Dale Sky Jones, Executive Chancellor of OU. “New business owners, cannabis cultivators, dispensary owners—they need qualified employees. OU has been training people interested in cannabis since 2007 and we’ve graduated over 20,000 students. We’re happy to be back in Las Vegas offering more training.”
Certifications are available for the Classic Basic Seminar and the combination of the Classic Basic Seminar and the Advanced Seminar. Cost for the Classic Basic Seminar is $495; cost for both the Classic Basic Seminar and the Advanced Seminar is $795. An early bird discount is available by enrolling by end of day May 31, 2015.
