Pools Open Memorial Day Weekend
Four city of Las Vegas swimming pools will open for the Memorial Day weekend May 23-25, 2015.
• Carlos L. Martinez & Darrio J. Hall Family Pool at Freedom Park, 889 N. Pecos Road – open noon to 5 p.m. Saturday/Sunday. Special Fiesta Day celebration Saturday.
• Garside Pool, 250 S. Torrey Pines Drive – open noon to 5 p.m. Saturday/Sunday.
• Municipal Pool, 431 E. Bonanza Road, will be closed for a swim meet Saturday/Sunday, but will open to the public Monday 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Pavilion Center Pool, 101 S. Pavilion Center Drive – open Saturday 8 a.m. to noon for adult lap swim, and noon to 5 for all ages.
Doolittle Pool and Baker Pool will be closed Memorial Day weekend.
